As you may know, we experienced a technical error from our database platform that was re-adding you as if you were a new customer, and because of that, you were receiving emails from your previous time here.


This is not the standard of customer satisfaction that we live up to. Your concern for your information and security has been heard, and we want to guarantee you that none of your information was leaked. This was not an external hack into our server, it was our operating system updating past records causing them to come through as if they were new.


At The Next Street we do not keep your credit card number on file, therefore any receipt emails you received were from your original enrollment. You have not been charged. Your information that you provided upon enrollment is secure.


We understand the inconvenience that this has caused every single one of you, and we apologize for the disruption. As of 2.10.23 the error has been corrected and you will not receive any further emails from us.
